Set on the edge of Lake Rotoiti, this home was shaped through close collaboration and a shared sensitivity to material and place. Original timber was retained and reworked, balanced with tactile finishes and soft, ambient light — crafting a residence that feels grounded, generous and deeply connected to its surroundings.
